Directions

  1. Peel and chop the onion.
  2. Peel the garlic clove and finely chop it.
  3. Finely chop the herbs.
  4. Cut the ham into thin strips.
  5. Wash the courgettes and scrape them with a spiral cutter or peeler in long julienne strings.
  6. Roast the pine nuts in a dry wok-salting light brown (do it carefully, they quickly turn brown) and put them on a plate.
  7. Heat the olive oil in the woks fruit the onion and garlic gently glassy.
  8. Put in the zucchini strings and smother the zucchini in a maximum of six minutes on high heat al dente, scoop regularly.
  9. Let the moisture evaporate as much as possible.
  10. Stir the finely chopped herbs with the cream and some salt, freshly ground pepper and nutmeg through the zucchini.
  11. Also put in the ham strips and warm everything for a few minutes.
  12. Spoon the zucchini spaghetti into warm deep plates and sprinkle the cheese chips and pine nuts over it.
