Cream spaghetti with beef balls and garden peas
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, spaghetti, bratwurst (4 pieces), olive oil, whipped cream (250 ml), garden peas (a 450 g, frozen) and ground cheese (Gouda aged 48).

Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Cut open the sausages and remove the meat. Turn balls of the size of a walnut with wet hands. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the balls in 4 min. Until done.

Heat the whipped cream in a pan and add the garden peas. Boil for 3 minutes on low heat with a lid on the pan until the peas are tender. Season with salt and pepper.

Drain the pasta and spoon over the sauce. Divide over 4 bowls and place the balls on them. Sprinkle with the cheese.
