Cut the avocados in half lengthwise to the pit in half. Loosen the two halves apart.

Spoon the flesh out of the shell into a bowl.

Mix the lemon juice through the flesh to prevent discoloration.

Cut the smoked meat into wafer-thin, short strings.

Bring half of the stock to the boil.

Add the pulp of the avocado and puree everything with the help of a stick mixer.

Pour the rest of the stock and the cream into the pan and heat, stirring, the soup. Do not let the soup boil anymore.

Season the soup with cayenne pepper and a little salt.

Finally stir the streak of smoked meat through the soup.
