Salmon salad with japanese dressing


A nice Japanese recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, salmon fillet (approx. 250 g), sesame seeds, lemon juice, wasabi paste (Japanese horseradish paste, tube a 45 g), sunflower oil and oak leaf lamella (100 g).

Directions

  1. Season the salt with salt and pepper and let it stand in for a while.
  2. Sprinkle sesame seed in a dry frying pan.
  3. Dressing beating lemon juice, wasabi paste and 3 tbsp oil.
  4. Heat residual oil in frying pan with non-stick coating.
  5. Salmon in 6 minutes from the outside brown and inside rosé baking.
  6. Dressing by mixing lettuce.
  7. Spread out four plates.
  8. Cut the salmon diagonally and put it on lettuce.
  9. Sprinkle with sesame seeds..
