Salmon salad with japanese dressing
A nice Japanese recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, salmon fillet (approx. 250 g), sesame seeds, lemon juice, wasabi paste (Japanese horseradish paste, tube a 45 g), sunflower oil and oak leaf lamella (100 g).

Season the salt with salt and pepper and let it stand in for a while.

Sprinkle sesame seed in a dry frying pan.

Dressing beating lemon juice, wasabi paste and 3 tbsp oil.

Heat residual oil in frying pan with non-stick coating.

Salmon in 6 minutes from the outside brown and inside rosé baking.

Dressing by mixing lettuce.

Spread out four plates.
-
Cut the salmon diagonally and put it on lettuce.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds..
