Directions

  1. Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a soup pot and fry the onion for about 3 minutes.
  2. Cut the broccoli florets smaller, add and bake for about 3 minutes. Crumble the bouillon tablet above and add the water.
  3. Let the whole cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Puree the broccoli with a hand blender. Add the cream and heat for approx. 2 minutes (do not boil).
  5. Heat the salmon the last minute. Season the soup with salt and pepper.
