Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a soup pot and fry the onion for about 3 minutes.

Cut the broccoli florets smaller, add and bake for about 3 minutes. Crumble the bouillon tablet above and add the water.

Let the whole cook for about 5 minutes.

Puree the broccoli with a hand blender. Add the cream and heat for approx. 2 minutes (do not boil).

Heat the salmon the last minute. Season the soup with salt and pepper.
