Zucchini spaghetti with chorizo and mushrooms

Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the chorizo over medium heat in 3 min. Until crispy. Remove from the pan and drain on kitchen paper.

Fry the onion for 4 minutes in the remaining shortening. Meanwhile, cut the large mushrooms into smaller pieces and finely chop the garlic.

Add the mushrooms and garlic to the onion and cook for 3 minutes on a high heat. Season with pepper and salt.

Mix in the zucchini spaghetti and heat for 1 min. Divide the chorizo over it and serve.
