Spaghettini with green vegetables


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: butter, onion (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), fresh green peas (200 g), broad beans (fine (300 g, frozen)), zucchini (sliced), spaghettini (pasta, bag 500 g ), ricotta (fresh cheese, a 250 g), mint ((a 15 g), leaves chopped) and Parmesan cheese (piece).

Directions

  1. Heat the butter and vegetables the onion and garlic 3 min. Boil the peas and frozen broad beans in 4 min. Al dente in water with salt. Drain. Heat the grill pan and grill the zucchini. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. In the meantime, cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Drain and collect 100 ml of cooking liquid. Put the pasta back in the pan.
  3. Mix the onion, garlic, broad beans, peas and zucchini through the pasta. Stir in the ricotta with the cooking liquid and warm well. Sprinkle with fresh mint and pepper. Scrape the cheese over it.
