Italian veg burgers with paprika topping
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: vegetarian wok pieces (175 g), white bread (in pieces), green olive tapenade, egg (beaten), green olives (without seeds, in rings), flat parsley (chopped), olive oil, roasted peppers ( (pot 480 ml), chopped), garlic (finely chopped), thyme (chopped) and lemon juice.

Ingredients
- 1 Scale vegetarian wok pieces 175 g
- 3 slices White bread in pieces
- 4 el green olive tapenade
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 el green olives without pip, in rings
- 3 el flat leaf parsley finely chopped
- 1 el olive oil
- 3 roasted peppers (pot 480 ml), finely chopped
- 2 toes garlic finely chopped
- 1 el thyme finely chopped
- 1 el lemon juice

Light the barbecue. Puree in the food processor the vegetarian wok pieces with the bread, the tapenade and pepper. Add the egg and leave the machine for another 10 seconds. to turn. Knead the olives and 2 tbsp parsley through the mixture and form 4 burgers of 1/2 cm thick. Let the burgers stiffen in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pepper, garlic and thyme for 5 minutes on low heat. Allow the pepper mixture to cool and season with the juice, pepper and salt. Keep the topping covered in the refrigerator until use.

Grill the burgers 6-8 min. Halfway. Spread over four plates and sprinkle with the rest of the parsley. Serve with the sweet pepper topping. Delicious with pizza rolls and Italian bean salad.
