Salmon burgers with curry potatoes
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, pre-cooked potato slices (700 g), oil, curry powder, pink salmon (418 g), leeks (thin rings), ginger powder (djahé), egg, Japanese soy sauce and cucumbers.

Stir the potatoes over medium heat in 3 tbsp oil in 10-12 min.

Brown and done.

Sprinkle them with curry powder, salt and pepper during baking.

Drain the salmon, remove hard pieces and finely crush the fish in a bowl.

Mix in leek, ginger powder, egg and soy sauce and add pepper and salt to taste.

Knead everything well, form 8-12 balls and press them flat.

Fry the burgers in the remaining oil in 2-3 min.

Brown.

Cut the cucumbers into thin slices and serve them with the salmon burgers with curry-potatoes..
