Tagliatelle with fish carbonara


Pasta with pangasius fillet, shrimp, carbonara and Italian vegetables.

Directions

  1. Cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Prepare in a small frying pan the mix for pasta carbonara with the milk according to the directions on the package.
  3. Cut the pangasius fillet into pieces and add it. Stew, with regular stirring, until about 5 minutes.
  4. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the Italian stir-fry mix al dente in approx. 5 min. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Spoon the jumbo shrimp with the pangasius fillet and warm the whole for 1 min.
  6. Drain the tagliatelle and pour in the fish sauce. Divide the tagliatelle with fish carbonara over plates. Spoon the stir-fried vegetables.
