Creamy cauliflower soup with gorgonzola
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: vegetable stock (of tablet), butter, cauliflower (or 1 bag of cooked cauliflower florets (350 g)), whipped cream (125 ml), (freshly grated) nutmeg and Gorgonzola (blue cheese).

Heat the broth.

Meanwhile, melt the butter in a (soup) pan and fry the cauliflower for 5 minutes on low heat; the florets may not color.

Pour the warm stock and the cream into the cauliflower and bring to the boil.

Let the soup with the lid on the pan 10 min.

Gently boil, until the cauliflower is cooked.

Mash the soup and season to taste with nutmeg and (freshly ground white) pepper.

Divide the soup over 4 deep plates and crumble the Gorgonzola above it..
