Creamy celery gratin with ham
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, celery, shoulder ham, garlic, cream (250 ml), potato slices (700 g) and ground cheese.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Clean the celery, wash and cut into pieces.

Keep green separately.

Fry in celery for 5 minutes.

Cut the ham into strips.

Squeeze out garlic on top of cream.

Divide half of potato slices over greased dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Give half of the cream mixture over it.

Spread celery and ham over it and cover with a second layer of potato.

Give rest of cream over it, sprinkle with cheese.

Place the dish in the middle of the oven and bake until golden brown in approx.

Remove from oven and sprinkle with celery green.
