Mexican chicken burger with tomato salsa


Chicken burger with stir-fry vegetables, chickpeas, Mexican minced herbs, pita bread and tomato.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Heat the oil in a frying pan and stir fry the vegetables for 6 minutes. Put in a bowl.
  2. Put the chickpeas in a colander, rinse under cold running water and let drain.
  3. Spoon the chickpeas through the vegetables. Season with pepper and salt.
