Mexican chicken burger with tomato salsa
Chicken burger with stir-fry vegetables, chickpeas, Mexican minced herbs, pita bread and tomato.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Heat the oil in a frying pan and stir fry the vegetables for 6 minutes. Put in a bowl.
Put the chickpeas in a colander, rinse under cold running water and let drain.

Cover the pita bread with the burgers and some tomato salsa. Serve with the rest of the salsa and the chickpea salad.
