Directions

  1. Cut the surimi into pieces.
  2. Peel onion and cut into thin rings.
  3. Peel avocados and cut flesh into pieces.
  4. In a bowl mix surimi, avocado and prawn salad.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Lay lettuce on a large scale.
  7. Put this on a fish mixture.
  8. Garnish with onion rings.
  9. Serve salad with baguette..
