Creamy gnocchi with ham and asparagus
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, gnocchi di patate (potato pasta balls, 500 g), green asparagus (500 g), ham (about 200 g, service department), crème fraîche (125 ml), grated cheese (30 ( 100 g)), fresh parsley (a 30 g), oak leaf lamellange (100 g) and balsamic dressing.

Cook Gnocchi according to the instructions for use.

Remove from asparagus woody bottom.

Cut asparagus into pieces and boil in 5 minutes.

Cut leg ham into pieces.

Heat in pan crème fraîche, cheese and ham.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Chop minced parsley.

Make a salad with dressing.

Combine sauce and asparagus with gnocchi.
