Directions

  1. Boil the sweet potatoes in about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat half of the butter and fry the sausages. Heat the rest of the butter and fry the onion.
  3. Add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Mash the potato and add this puree to the onion.
  4. Add the cream and vinegar and stir into an even sauce. Add the cooked gnocchi to the sauce and mix well.
  5. Sprinkle the creamy gnocchi with the parsley and serve with the sausages.
