Directions

  1. Clean potatoes, pierce with fork and cook in microwave at full power (700 watts) in 4-6 minutes (depending on shape and size).
  2. Turn potatoes halfway.
  3. Mix with whipped cream and cheese until creamy cream.
  4. In the meantime heat 2 tablespoons of oil in tartare and tartare steaks in 3-4 min.
