Spicy coconut chicken dish
Easy Asian recipe with rice, chicken, vegetables, chili sauce and coconut.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Sprinkle the chicken cubes with salt.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken in 3 min. Golden brown and done. Add the chili sauce and vegetable mix and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the peas, lemon juice and coconut milk and simmer for approx. 5 minutes.

Season to taste with pepper and salt and serve with the rice.
