Grilled pork chops with relish
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes, ribs, olive oil, garlic, cauliflower, butter and relish pickle (200 g).

Clean potatoes and prick them with a fork.

Cook on kitchen paper in microwave at full power (700 watts) in 12 min.

Place the potatoes in a kitchen towel and let them cook for 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven grill.

Pour chops with 1 tbsp oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Clean cauliflower and divide it into florets.

Roast the meat under grill for 5-6 minutes per side until browned.

Cook the florets in 4 min., Let them drain and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Heat in wok rest of oil, press the garlic over it and stir-fry 2 min.

Divide the potatoes over four plates, cut them with a knife, sprinkle with salt and put a knob of butter on them.

With chops, pickles relish and cauliflower serve..
