Creamy gratin of sweet potato and peanut
Sweet potato with coconut, peanuts, sambal and seroendeng.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Peel the potatoes and cut thin slices with the food processor.
Mix the coconut cream with the peanut butter, sambal and seroendeng in a large bowl.
Mix in the potato slices. Season with pepper and salt.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 20 minutes in the middle of the oven.
Remove the foil and bake for another 25 minutes until golden brown and done.
