Bring a pan of water with salt to the boil and cook the pasta in 10 min. Until al dente.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the stir fry mix for 5 min. On medium heat. Change regularly.

Meanwhile, wash and halve the tomatoes. For the dressing, mix the rest of the oil with the vinegar, pepper and salt.

Spoon ¾ of the arugula with the tomatoes and the dressing and sprinkle with the nut mix.

Cut the cheese into pieces. Drain the pasta and store 100 ml of cooking liquid.

Mix the pasta, cheese and the cooking liquid with the stir-fry mix. Spoon the rest of the arugula and serve with the salad.
