Creamy potatoes with chicory and sausages
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (700 g), oil, onions (in parts), red pepper (in pieces), potato (otherwise cream chives (pot 390 ml)), Catalan sausages ((290 g), halved in length) and chicory (in quarters).

Stir fry the potatoes in 2 tablespoons oil golden brown in about 10 minutes, add 1 onion and the red pepper and stir fry for another 2 minutes.

Add the Potato differently and follow the instructions on the pot.

Roast in a frying pan or stirring bratwurst according to the instructions on the packaging.

Add the second onion and chicory and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the sausages with the chicory on 4 plates and serve with the potatoes in sauce..
