Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the chicken fillet into cubes, press the garlic on top and scoop with the soy sauce. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Cut the peppers and bok choy in thin strips lengthwise. Cut the spring onion into rings.

Heat the oil in a wok or skillet. Fry the diced chicken fillet in the marinade in 5 min. Brown and done. Then remove them from the pan.

Pour the oil into the wok and fry the peppers and the paksoi for 5 minutes. Season with the soy sauce.

Turn down the heat and stir in the noodles and chicken cubes until everything is well heated. Sprinkle with the spring onions.
