Noodle wok dish with chicken breast, peppers and spring onions.

Directions

  1. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes, press the garlic on top and scoop with the soy sauce. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  3. Cut the peppers and bok choy in thin strips lengthwise. Cut the spring onion into rings.
  4. Heat the oil in a wok or skillet. Fry the diced chicken fillet in the marinade in 5 min. Brown and done. Then remove them from the pan.
  5. Pour the oil into the wok and fry the peppers and the paksoi for 5 minutes. Season with the soy sauce.
  6. Turn down the heat and stir in the noodles and chicken cubes until everything is well heated. Sprinkle with the spring onions.
