Penne with cauliflower and bratwurst
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, wholemeal penne (pasta, bag 500 g), cauliflower (in florets), olive oil, sausages (in pieces), farmhouse cheese (old 48), tomato cubes (400 g), black olives ((potty) 290 g) and cut into slices).
Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.
Add halfway the cauliflower.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and cook the bratwurst in approx.
Meanwhile, grate the cheese and heat the tomato cubes in a saucepan.
Drain the pasta and the cauliflower and add the rest of the oil.
Spread the pasta and cauliflower over 4 plates.
Divide the meat and the tomatoes.
Sprinkle with the cheese and garnish with the olives..
