Stir-fried broccoli with prawns


A tasty asian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, broccoli (in small florets), noodles (250 g), giant shrimps ((bag 500 g, frozen), thawed), spring onions (3 pieces), sunflower oil, boemboe green curry (100 g) , coriander ((15 g), only the leaves), basil ((15 g), only the leaves), fish sauce (bottle 250 ml) and sesame oil (bottle 250 ml).

Directions

  1. Boil the broccoli in water with salt for 4 minutes. Drain in a colander and drain well. In the meantime, prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. Peel the shrimps and remove the intestinal tract. Cut the spring onion into 3 cm slanted pieces. Heat the sunflower oil in a stir-frying pan the Bumbu spice a 1/2 min. Add the broccoli and shrimp and cook for 4 min. On high heat. Change regularly.
