Mozzarella pizza
Simple pizza with mozzarella, olive oil and freshly ground pepper.

Mix in a bowl the flour, yeast, 1/2 tl salt and the water into a cohesive dough. Knead on a floured surface to a smooth and elastic dough. Place in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap and let rise for approx. 45 minutes.

Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and drain in a sieve.

Preheat the oven to 225 ºC.

Knead the dough again, divide into 4 pieces and roll out on a floured surface to a thin round of 20 cm. cross section, the edge must remain slightly thicker. Place the dough on the baking trays.

Divide the mozzarella over it, keep the wide edge free. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with olive oil. Bake the pizzas in the middle of the oven in 10-15 min. Crispy and cooked. Change the baking plates halfway.
