Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 160 ° C and cover the cake pan with baking paper.
-
Put all the ingredients together with 0.5 tsp salt in the bowl of a food processor and mix them (or put them in a mixing bowl and mix them with a mixer). Pour the mixture into the coated mold and smooth the top.
-
Bake the cake for 1 hour or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool in the mold. If required, store it in an airtight container or store it for later use.
-
For the ganache, melt the chocolate with the cream on low heat or in the microwave for 1-2 minutes and stir every 30 seconds until the chocolate has melted completely and the mixture is creamy.
-
Drizzle the ganache over the back of a spoon on the cake or let the ganache cool down until it is firm enough to be spread over the cake with a pancake knife. Decorate the cake with fresh raspberries if possible or sprinkle with icing sugar.
