Peel the shrimps, but leave the tails.

Melt a knob of butter in the gourmet pan and put the salmon cubes with the mini-prawns in it.

Wash the zucchini, cut into cubes and divide the zucchini and chives between the salmon and king prawns, sprinkle some salt and pepper.

Bake until the salmon and prawns are just done.

Spoon the herb cream cheese through and warm for a while.
