Creamy spaghetti with pangrattato
Pasta dish with spaghetti, a sauce of bacon strips, spinach à la crème, washed spinach and herb cheese, with pangrattato of garlic, provençal herbs and panko.

Bring a pan of plenty of water with salt to the boil. Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.

In the meantime, heat a skillet without oil or butter and bake the bacon in 6 minutes.

In the meantime, heat the spinach à la crème in another frying pan.

When the spinach is warm, add the fresh spinach in parts and allow to shrink. Mix the herb cheese and keep warm on low heat. Stir frequently.

In the meantime, cut the garlic finely. Remove the bacon from the pan and drain on kitchen paper.

Leave the shortening in the pan for the pancake photo and add the garlic, herbs and spices. Fry in 3 min. Until golden on medium heat.

Drain the spaghetti and put in a bowl. Spoon the spinach sauce and sprinkle with the bacon.

Sprinkle with a portion of the pangrattato. Served rest of the pangrattoto separately.
