Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.

Grate the Pecorino fine.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 4 minutes. Add the garlic, oregano and minced meat. Bake the minced meat and golden brown.

Make layers with ⅓ of the minced meat sauce, ⅓ of the lasagne sheets, ⅓ of the spinach and ⅓ of the mascarpone. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle with the Pecorino. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and place in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes. Remove the film after 20 minutes.
