Creamy spring onions
A tasty Dutch recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: poultry, butter, potatoes (crumbly, diced), spring onions ((a 3 pieces), in rings), chicken broth (from tablet), whipped cream, nutmeg (ground), fresh parsley (flat (dish) a 20 g) and finely chopped).

Melt the butter in a soup pan and fry the potato cubes with the white of the spring onion and half of the green of the spring onions for 3-4 minutes on a low heat.

Add the stock and cook the soup for 10-15 minutes.

Puree the whole with a hand blender to a smooth, light-bound soup.

Stir in the cream and season with salt, (freshly ground) pepper and nutmeg.

Serve the soup in bowls and sprinkle with the green of the spring onion and the parsley..
