Creamy tuna stuffed potato
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, crumbly potatoes, green beans, tuna (tuna with a twist, a 85 g), MonChou soft and airy (200 g) and capers (pot).
Brush the potatoes under cold running water, pierce them here and there and heat them in a microwave-safe dish in microwave at full power (700 Watts) in 10-12 minutes.
Wrap potatoes in kitchen cloth and let them cook for another 10 minutes.
In the meantime, clean green beans and boil in 8 minutes.
Mix tuna, fresh cream cheese and capers.
Season with salt and pepper.
Slice the top of potatoes slightly and fill them up with tuna mixture.
Serve with green beans..
