Creamy zucchini paste with chipolata sausage

Chop the onion finely and the courgettes into cubes. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Drain and collect the cooking liquid.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan and fry the chipolata sausages in 5 minutes until golden brown and done.

Remove the sausages from the pan and keep them warm on a plate under a lid or aluminum foil. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 1 min.

Add the courgettes and cook for 4 minutes. Add the dairy spread and 75 ml of cooking water and stir well. Season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the spaghetti through the zucchini mixture and spread over plates. Serve with the chipolata sausages.
