Crème brûlée of yogurt with blackberries
Heat the oven grill. Divide 200 grams of the blackberries over the dishes.
Mix the jam with the liqueur and spread it over the blackberries. Spread the yogurt over it and smooth it with the back of a damp spoon. Sprinkle with a layer of caster sugar.
Place the dishes close to the grill and let the sugar melt in about 2 minutes. Pay attention so that the sugar does not burn. Place the rest of the blackberries on the crème brûlée and serve immediately.
