A tasty recipe. Make the pancake batter with the egg and milk according to the instructions on the package.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry 10 pancakes (crêpes).

Roast the almond shavings in a frying pan for 4 minutes until golden brown.

Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into small pieces.

Cook with 75 ml of water over low heat for 15-20 minutes until done.

Scoop occasionally.

Add 125 g of sugar, turn the heat high and stir into a thick sauce.

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.

Cut open the vanilla pod and scrape out the marrow with a knife tip.

Stir in the whipped cream, the marrow and the apple sauce.

Place 1 crepe in the baking dish.

Brush with a layer of applesauce, sprinkle with almond shavings and put another crepe on top.
