  7. Divide one third of the walnut mixture.
  8. Put a sheet of filo dough on it again.
  9. Brush this with butter and cover with another sheet of filo pastry.
  10. Divide a layer of notes again.
  11. Repeat this sequence again and cover with two sheets of filo pastry.
  12. Spread the upper layer liberally with the remaining butter.
  13. Press everything slightly and cut the baklava all the way to the bottom in squares.
  14. Bake the baklava in the oven until golden brown and done in twenty-five to thirty minutes.
  15. Bring the water into the saucepan while stirring with the rest of the sugar.
  16. Let it boil for up to six minutes to a clear syrup.
  17. Stir in the lemon juice.
  18. Put the pan in a container of cold water and let the syrup cool down.
  19. Pour the cold syrup directly over the baklava from the oven.
  20. Leave for another 60 minutes.
  21. Serve the cubes of baklava on a plate.
