Crispbread granola with cranberries
Homemade granola of crispbread, unroasted nuts, pumpkin seeds, honey, apple juice, cinnamon and cranberries.

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C. Chop the nuts coarsely. Crumble the crispbread with your fingers. Mix the nuts and pumpkin seeds through the crumbs.

Mix the honey with the apple juice and the cinnamon. Mix this by the nut cracker mixture.

Spread the mixture over a griddle covered with parchment paper and grate for 15 minutes in the center of the oven. Spoon halfway.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature. Mix in the dried cranberries and let cool completely.
