Crisps from celeriac
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: celeriac, oil for deep-frying and sea salt.

Peel celeriac, wash and pat dry.

Cut celery into pieces.

Cut pieces with food processor or with slicer into very thin slices.

Fry oil in deep frying pan to approx.

170 ºC.
-
Add 1/4 part of slices of celeriac in approx.

4 minutes of crispy deep-frying.

During cooking, separate slices with skimmer from each other.

Remove celeriac chips from deep fryer and drain on kitchen paper.

Rest of celeriac in the same way crispy frying.

Put celeriac chips in a bowl and sprinkle with salt..
