Sprinkle the avocado slices with lemon juice. Mix the ingredients before the dip and season with salt and pepper. Heat the frying oil to 180ºC.

Divide flour, egg and breadcrumbs over 3 deep plates. Mix the breadcrumbs with the cheese and herbs.

First take the avocado through the flour, then through the egg and then through the breadcrumbs. Fry the wedges of avocado in the oil until golden brown.

Drain on kitchen paper and serve with the coriander dip.
