Crispy bacon strip with spicy chocolate dip

Bake the bacon on a low setting in a lightly greased pan until the slices are crispy on both sides. Dab dry with kitchen paper and let cool.

Melt the chocolate au bain-marie and stir in a pinch of chilli (flakes).

Dip half of the bacon strips into the chocolate and let cool on a piece of parchment paper and harden.
