Directions

Puree the ingredients of the dressing, except the oil. Pour the oil in a stream while you are well beating.

Drizzle the celery slices with lemon juice. Mix the salt through the flour.

Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan.

Remove the celery slices through the flour and brown in 2 minutes per side. Let them drain on kitchen paper.

Serve them sprinkled with the dressing.
