Crispy chicken with lemon sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, potatoes (700 g), chicken fillet, lemons (scrubbed), breadcrumbs, cornflakes (crumbled), flat parsley ((20 g), finely chopped), flour, eggs (beaten), butter , shallots (chopped) and whipped cream.

Cook the potatoes about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the chicken in strips lengthwise and put in a bowl. Grate the yellow skin of the lemons and press the fruits. Pour half of the juice over the chicken. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper. Mix the lemon zest with breadcrumbs, corn flakes and 2 tbsp. Sprinkle the flour on a plate. Pass the chicken through the flour, then through the egg and finally through the breadcrumb mixture.

Heat 25 g butter in a saucepan and fry the shallots. Add the rest of the lemon juice and reduce to half. Add the whipped cream and season with salt and pepper.

Heat 25 g of butter in a frying pan and fry the chicken in approx. 8 minutes. Add the rest of the butter and the parsley to the potatoes. Spoon and season with pepper. Serve with the lemon sauce and possibly a lemon wedge.
