Preheat the oven to 220ºC.

Mix the flour with 1 teaspoon of salt and the paprika in a deep plate. Beat the eggs with 2 tablespoons of water in another plate. Divide the bread crumble over another plate.

Take the onion rings through the flour mixture, then through the egg and then through the bread crumbs.

Spread the onion rings in one layer over the baking tray and roast them in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes.

Mix the ingredients for the dip. Serve the crispy onion rings with the avocado dip.
