Directions

  1. Olives (in food processor) very fine chop.
  2. Peel the garlic and press it over it.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and olive oil.
  4. Season the mixture with pepper.
  5. To toast bread in a toaster in a light brown color.
  6. Cut basil leaves into strips.
  7. Spread the bread with olive paste and garnish with basil leaves..
