Crostini with smoked mackerel
Snack of baguette with grilled peppers, smoked mackerel, chives and dairy spreads.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Cut the loafs of the baguette and cut the bread into slanted slices per portion. Spread over a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Brush the slices of bread with the oil. Fry them in the middle of the oven for about 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Meanwhile, let the peppers drain and cut into slanted thin strips. Drain the mackerel and remove the skin if necessary. Slice the chives.
Spread the crostini with the dairy spread and spread the pepper strips and mackerel over it. Garnish with the chives.
