Directions

  1. Rinse rice in bowl with plenty of water for about 1 hour. In the meantime, clean the bunch and finely chop. Peel the ginger and finely grate. Peel the garlic and press it over it. Add minced beef, spring onion, chili sauce and cornflour and mix well. Chop minced meat into 15 balls.
