Surimi samosas with chili sauce


A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, eggs, Thai fish sauce, spring onion (in rings), extra virgin olive oil with garlic and chili pepper, surimiflakes ((a 125 g), in pieces), fresh coriander ((a 15 g), finely chopped) , lemon juice, filo puff pastry ((frozen, a 225 g), thawed), (peanut) oil and chili sauce.

Directions

  1. In bowl, beat eggs with fish sauce, spring onions and 1 tablespoon of chilli oil.
  2. Fry chilli pepper oil in pan 1 tablespoon.
  3. Let the egg mixture solidify to almost liquid scrambled eggs with stirring.
  4. Stir in surimiflakes and coriander from heat.
  5. Season with lemon juice.
  6. Sprinkle slices of filo pastry and halve in width.
  7. Spread slices with water.
  8. On the short side of each dough sheet, create approx.
  9. 1 tablespoon of filling.
  10. Dough zigzagging around filling to fold up triangles (= samosas).
  11. Heat up in wok oil until light steam comes off.
  12. Samosa with about 5 pieces at the same time in approx.
  13. 4 minutes until golden browned and over-fried.
  14. Let drain on thick layer of kitchen paper.
  15. Serve immediately.
  16. Serving chilli sauce..
