Crostini with spinach and pesto
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: red onion, sundried tomatoes in oil, white-casino bread, olive oil, ready-to-cook spinach (bag of 300 g) and pesto alla genovese (pot of a 190 g).
Peel and chop onions.
Cut tomatoes into thin strips.
To toast bread without crusts in a toaster or in a dry frying pan.
Cut each cut twice diagonally, so that small triangles are formed.
Fry onion in oil in wok or casserole.
Add spinach and stir-fry until spinach has shrunk.
Sprinkle the tomato strips and season with salt and pepper.
Spread bread with pesto and spinach mixture over it..
