Turn the goat cheese 8 balls of about 15 grams each. Shape this with your hands hearts.

Roll the hearts first through 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs and then through the beaten egg.

Mix 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs with 4 tablespoons of sesame seed and roll the balls through them.

Allow to stiffen in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before use.

Heat some oil in a pan and fry the cheese marks very briefly on both sides until crispy.

Serve with the cranberry compote or forest fruit jam.
