Crunchy mushroom sandwich

A tasty recipe. The vegetarian starter contains the following ingredients: egg yolk, (butter) puff pastry (frozen), coarse sea salt, goldreinet apple, onion (chopped), olive oil, mushroom mix (100 g), chestnut mushrooms (sliced), garlic (pressed), fresh parsley (30 g and finely chopped).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Unscrew the yolk with 1 tbsp water. Place the puff pastry on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Cover the top with yolk, but leave the border around. Disperse sea salt loosely over dough. Bake the baking sheet in the middle of the oven and let the dough turn crispy and golden brown in approx. 20 min. The dough slices swell nicely. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Carefully cut loose slices.
  2. Cut the apple along the bell house and cut it into matched strips. Fry in apple frying pan with apple for 5 minutes in oil. Add mushrooms and garlic and fry for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and parsley. Place the bottom half of puff pastry on four plates. Divide fried mushrooms and cover with top of puff pastry.
